How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing:
- Your unique tracking number
- A direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
Tracking Your Package
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply:
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation (subject: "Your FidgetClicker Order Has Shipped")
- Click the tracking link in the email, or
- Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number
Order Status Guide
- Order Confirmed: We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment
- Processing: Your order is being prepared and packaged
- Shipped: Your FidgetClicker is on its way! Check your tracking number for updates
- Out for Delivery: Your package will arrive today
- Delivered: Your FidgetClicker has been delivered
Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery takes 2-9 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
Haven't Received Your Tracking Number?
If you haven't received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure you're checking the email address used for your order
- Contact us at support@fidgetclicker.shop with your order number
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location (porches, mailboxes, etc.)
- Check if the package was left in a safe place
- Wait 24 hours as sometimes tracking updates before delivery
- Contact us at support@fidgetclicker.shop if you still can't locate your package
